They have no sense of shame, and they do not know what a most disgraceful thing it is to conduct themselves as prostitutes. Again, they are subjected to medical examination which brings further disgrace on them. In reality, they cannot state their grievance. It is therefore hoped that you will take this into consideration, and out of regard for these inmates abolish the medical
